A. Contractor will as part of the Platinum SLA have a FLIR representative perform an evaluation of the FLIR system. If it is determined that a FLIR representative needs to come on-site after the evaluation, an additional quote specific to that visit shall be provided for the contracted price of that service. B. The Contractor shall provide all services required and equipment necessary to maintain the entire system(s) in an operational state as specified for a period of one (1) year. C. The Owner will initiate service calls when the system is not functioning properly. The Owner shall be furnished with a telephone number where the service supervisor can be reached twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week. D. Contractor shall provide a resolution to problems within a 24-hour period of receiving service call.
