The AISD Student Nutrition Department is seeking a vendor that installs (new or used) equipment, has the ability to repair existing equipment and relocate (transport) equipment throughout the District on an as needed basis. There are no definite quantities of such equipment installations, repair or relocation defined in this proposal. The successful Proposer will be required to provide all the necessary labor, equipment and delivery vehicles as necessary to perform services to the AISD campuses. It is the responsibility of the successful proposer to coordinate in advance all services with the AISD Student Nutrition Director or designee. Vendors interested must have five (5) years of experience of services described in this proposal. Abilene ISD provides gas, water and/or electricity to the point of installation. Vendors shall install, start up and adjust equipment. This can be assumed for installation of new and used equipment. Used equipment is defined as equipment that has been relocated from one campus to another in Abilene ISD (or from storage facility).
