ROOM CLEANING - All office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, parts room, (stairs leading to four (4) offices upstairs, Lafin Rd. location and the corridor space(s) adjacent to these areas) shall receive the following cleaning each service day: 1.1 Waste baskets shall be emptied and all wastepaper and trash removed to main disposal areas as designated by the Fleet personnel. Exterior of waste basket shall be wiped clean. Where wastebaskets have plastic liners, the liners shall be replaced only when necessary. If a liner is not contaminated with food, the liner will remain in use. 1.2 All horizontal exposed surfaces (desks, table tops, chair seats and cabinets, book shelves, window ledges, etc.) without papers, files, or books shall be dusted with a treated dust cloth. Papers, files, and books shall not be disturbed. 1.3 Drinking fountains shall be drained and cleaned by washing the bowl with a neutral soap solution. The remainder of the fountain or cabinet will be wiped with a clean cloth.
