Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting proposals for a vendor to provide proposals for analytical camera software with capabilities of auto detection and verification, and lock on-target auto tracking. Software must be compatible with and be able to fully integrate with Axis Communication cameras, radars, loud hailers, lights, strobes, auto deterrents, and work with Salient Video Management Systems, Cisco Network Switches and Open Options DNA Fusion Access Control System. Product should be scalable with features to include, but not limited to, classification of targets on Geo Map, camera to camera handoff tracking, multi-zone detection and alarming, and predictive technology.
