Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Courier/Security Service for Student Nutrition will commence on September 1 and continue for each regular day until August 31 Administration Building will commence on September 1 and continue on a regular basis until May 31. Beginning on June 1 service will be as requested for the Administration Building. The service route will begin no earlier than 12:15 p.m. and no later than 12:45 p.m. each day that school is in session. The service route will start at the Administration Building/Student Nutrition Office located at 14705 Woodforest Boulevard, Houston, TX and will end at the same location.
