Specifications include, but are not limited to: document, also referred to as specifications, shall be to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors for the OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES of FIRE ALARM, FIRE PROTECTION, ACCESS CONTROL, and CCTV CAMERA SYSTEMS INCLUDING MONITORING, TESTING, INSPECTION AND REPAIR (collectively referred to as O&M Services) of these systems and ancillary equipment. The work associated with this specification entail equipment and systems installed in the Woodall Rodgers Tunnel, control room and three (3) underground vaults. The O&M Services described above includes but not limited to fire alarm systems testing, annual inspection of fire alarm systems, an annual access control software agreement, network connection fee, and an annual standpipe inspection for the Woodall Rogers Tunnel systems.
