1) This Request for Quote is being issued as Full and Open Competition. The associated NAICS code is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) size standard is $25 million.
2) Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/HNCO requires commercial Monitoring and Maintenance Services, which includes alarm monitoring, maintenance, and repair of installed Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS).
3) The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide regular preventative
maintenance and emergency service repair for the alarm systems IAW the attached
Performance Work Statement. Please see the attached PWS for full requirement details.
4) The Place of Performance is 3130 General Hudnell Drive, San Antonio, TX 78226-2028
as described per the PWS.
