Specific duties assigned to the chosen respondent may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: a. Analysis and assessment of County’s facilities to determine engineering; architectural, and site needs associated with improvements; and, b. Design for Project proposals for County’s consideration; and, c. Design (Engineering and Architectural) for approved Project; and, d. Construction of the approved Project; and, e. Compliance with the Law. Contractors must comply with all local, State, and federal laws including safety and environmental standards; and, f. Possible projects include: Terminal Expansion and renovations, Hangar Construction, Runway renovations, Solar Power Station, Construction of New Fuel Farm, New Cattle Guard, Generators, Community Resiliency Facility (Mass Casualty Collection Point, Equipment/Material/Personnel Staging, Training / Instructional Space), Surveillance Cameras / Lighting, Electric Entry Control Points, Digital Information Signage, and a High Tech Emergency Operations Center.
