Support the implementation of a hybrid college advising model that integrates virtual and in-person advising services at Texas high schools. The selected vendor must utilize the Mainstay chatbot platform to deliver a mobile-first, AI-powered solution capable of engaging students and escalating inquiries to campus-based advisers. The chatbot must be capable of integrating with an existing case management system to support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), management of student interactions, and timely followup and documentation. In addition, the vendor will collaborate with THECB to develop and maintain Texas-specific advising content that ensures students receive timely, accurate information aligned with state requirements and deadlines.
