1) Properly document the status of work performed, updating TDA weekly 2) Properly document all sections of the review in the appropriate review Module in TXUNPS (or successor system or approved TDA record systems) concerning the reviews conducted by Contractor. 3) Ensure closure of review within timelines designated in the applicable TDA F&N review Process. 4) Ensure documentation meets all USDA and TDA F&N requirements (refer to the appropriate TDA review Process for the TDA F&N review requirements) 5) Demonstrate proficiency in applicable review processes before closing the first review in TXUNPS (or successor system) 6) Complete all Corrective Action Plan (CAPs) in TXUNPS (or successor system or TDA-approved record systems) 7) Review all documents and responses submitted in connection with a CAP and determine compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and guidance and 8) Follow TDA F&N’s policies and procedures concerning CAP review, completion, denial, issuance of additional CAPs, or acceptance.
