Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lewisville Independent School District is requesting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for an Administrative software package. LISD wishes to establish a partnership with a progressive company or companies to supply the District with computer software programs to facilitate all district administrative computing solutions including, but not limited to, the following general areas: Financial Data Management, Human Resources/Payroll Data Management, Student Data Management, and PEIMS Data Management. This proposal should include the software, maintenance, support, data conversion, project management, training and implementation, including all costs related to the implementation of a complete turn-key ERP. The Lewisville Independent School District is composed of all, or part of, at least thirteen communities including Lewisville, Highland Village, Copper Canyon, Double Oak, The Colony, Flower Mound, portions of north Carrollton, western Plano, and smaller portions of Frisco, Hebron, Coppell, Grapevine and Argyle. Lewisville ISD encompasses 127 square miles in the southeast portion of Denton County and has five high schools, three ninth grade centers, fifteen (15) middle schools, and forty-one (41) elementary schools, two special campuses for high schools students, Lewisville Learning Center and Dale Jackson Career Center, and ten (10) other facilities for a total of 76 facilities.
