Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded organization will be responsible for oversight and coordination of security and food to fill the gap for volunteer Temporary Inclement Weather locations: • Locations are limited to organizations permitted by the City of Dallas according to the city’s Chapter 45 (Temporary Inclement Weather Shelter Program), including but not limited to two potential church locations within City of Dallas upon approval of additional locations. • If required by the locations, adequate security services may be provided for the duration of the activation to ensure the safety of both guests and staff by contractor. • Food services will be provided on an as-needed basis at identified locations. Up to 3 meals a day (including delivery if applicable) may be needed. Meals or meal kits should include utensils. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner may be hot or cold.
