A comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to support the Career Pathway department of the Gulf Coast Workforce Board. The objective of this RFP is to build capacity to expand, develop, and implement a data management system with a seamless, integrated approach that enhances visibility and transparency across various domains. This system will also contribute to the sustainability of services through the effective use of local and other resources. Prospective service providers must demonstrate expertise in education and training, with the ability to address unique challenges, create personalized experiences, drive transformation, ensure data transparency, and foster growth, all while providing optimal collaboration and commitment to customer success.
