Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project is generally described as follows: This project is designed to upgrade the existing Open Options AccessControl and Intrusion Detection system and infrastructure for Northside ISD. The contractor performing the work shall be Open Options certified. Thisproject includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing access control and or intrusion detection devices as outlined in the constructiondocuments. The project also includes the procurement and installation of new access control systems devices & wiring, new intrusion detection system devices and wiring, and new door hardware as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. The contractor shall also be responsible for all Open Options licenses, wiring, labor, programming, etc., required to provide Northside ISD with a fullyfunctional access control system & intrusion detection system. The contractor shall be responsible for general construction, site mobilization, securitymonitoring equipment, low voltage cabling, electrical and all other work as indicated on the drawings and specifications as indicated on the constructiondocuments.
