Specifications include, but are not limited to: University Medical Center’s access control objective is to provide a secure and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and stakeholders. UMC’s access control is composed of DSX software and physical security devices tied through three main components input, process and output (authentication and authorization). Access Control Contractor would work along with Support Services Coordinator to ensure access control system is operating properly. The purpose of this agreement is to provide access control services as needed, preventive maintenance, and annual inspections to extend the life of current installed system/devices, prevent wearing out equipment pre-maturely, and prevent costly breakdowns/emergencies.
