Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide all materials, hardware, software, fabrication, installation, programming and testing in conformity with manufacturer’s documentation, specifications contained herein, and applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction for the implementation of a complete ACSMS for the project. 2. A complete ACSMS is defined as all card readers, access cards, door control units, specific access control panels, power supplies, server, etc., as well as all cabling/wiring, needed to achieve a complete and functional system. This document may not show or list every item to be provided. When an item is not shown or listed and it is clearly necessary for proper installation and operation of the equipment and systems, Contractor shall provide, install, test and certify the item at no increase to contract price. 3. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of two (2) software licenses for the ACSMS as part of their proposal. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordination of all ACSMS programming and ACSMS connections/interfaces with appropriate District departments and personnel. 5. The Contractor shall provide all software, hardware and system programming for integration with the new ACSMS equipment. 6. The Contractor shall provide all hardware and system programming for connection of the new ACSMS to the District technology network(s). 7. The Contractor shall provide all licensing necessary for the following applications: a) Active Directory integration b) Video Management System integration c) Mobile licensing for each campus location 8. The Contractor shall provide written documentation and specific instructions for system as installed. 9. The Contractor shall be responsible for fully implementing the functions described in this document and shown on the design drawings, per the Specifications and Standards. 10. The Contractor shall provide training to District personnel in the operation, adjustment, servicing and repair of this ACSMS. A minimum of twelve (12) hours training shall be included in the overall price. Training may be conducted in multiple sittings with different departments as needed. 11. Contractor shall be responsible for communicating and field coordinating conduit and power requirements for security devices directly with the District when necessary to complete installation
