TTU anticipates any awarded Proposer(s) to provide labor, materials, licensing/certification, and expertise to provide Services to the main TTU campus in Lubbock, Texas, as well as satellite campuses in the surrounding area, including but not limited to, Texas Tech University Innovation Hub, Reese National Security Complex, New Deal, Fiber and Biopolymer Research Institute, School of Veterinary Medicine (Amarillo, Texas) campuses and facilities and/or structures, and any other structure, facility and/or grounds owned, leased, or operated by TTU. Utilities may refer to any or multiple of the following types of systems and their direct and ancillary components: 1.2.1 Domestic Water 1.2.2 Fire/Emergency Water 1.2.3 Sanitary Sewer 1.2.4 Natural Gas 1.2.5 Compressed Air 1.2.6 Data/Fiber 1.2.7 Electrical 1.2.8 Direct Bury Steam and Chilled Water 1.2.9 Storm Sewer TTU intends to award multiple Proposers in order to support the ever-increasing needs of a large university, and any Proposer able to provide Services to at least one of the listed Utilities is encouraged to submit a Proposal. Proposers do not need to provide Services to all listed Utilities
