Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City desires the restaurant operator toprovide high-quality various food items that meet the demand of the users and employees of the terminal and its surrounding area: 1) Operate at least 6 days per week, with the exception of New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; 2) Obtain, by opening day, and remain current at all times, at least a state beer and wine permit and sell such beverages; 3) Employee parking will be in the Terminal Parking Lotat the current employee parking rate; 4) Accept all major credit cards; 5) Contract with an exterminator for monthly service; 6) Repair/replace city-owned kitchen equipmentas per negotiated agreement; 7) Contract with a licensed company toempty the restaurant grease trap on a scheduled basis as requiredby volume and City ordinance; 8) Maintain all leased areas in a clean and orderly manner, including waxingand buffing floors as needed; 9) Consider operatinga kiosk service in the Passenger Boarding Area for at least early morning departures.
