Amendment 0001:
A. The purpose of this amendment is to dissolve the small business set-aside for this solicitation and reissue the solicitation under
full and open competition procedures. As a result of this action, there are numerous changes incorporated into the solicitation which
are documented in the updated solicitation pages attached to this amendment.
B. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 30 December 2024 at 5:00 p.m..
C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
