Interior remodel and renovation of two sets of existing restrooms, first floor and second floor. One set of restrooms will be required to always be open so work will be required to progress in two phases. Work to include demolition and debris removal of existing interior restrooms including plumbing fixtures, supply lines, DWV lines, and finishes as noted on construction documents. Existing wall-mounted toilets are to be removed and replaced with floor mounted fixtures. Remove and install as new. In addition, this remodel will include all finished walls, flooring, ceilings, millwork, and alterations for ADA compliance. Existing wall mounted drinking fountains to be removed and replaced with bottle filler model adjacent to second floor restroom. Refinish of existing doors and frames to be bid as Add Alternate No. 01 to the project.
