The City of Cleburne is seeking services from a qualified and knowledgeable vendor to develope and administer promotional assessments for the ranks of Sergeant and Lieutenant. Periodically and according to the City of Cleburne Firefighters and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations the vendor will design, coordinate, administer and oversee the identified promotional assessment center process on an as needed basis. In cooperation with the Cleburne Police Department and the City of Cleburne Human Resource Department, the vendor will develop assessment center activities to evaluate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and readiness of internal candidates for the promotion to the qualified vacant position.
