The Respondent shall provide professional grant management services to include, but not be limited to: 1. Compliance and Monitoring: • Ensure compliance with ARPA regulations and federal, state, and local guidelines. • Monitor expenditures to confirm eligibility under ARPA guidelines. • Review and assist in maintaining documentation to support compliance. 2. Reporting: • Collaborate with the City, contractors, and subcontractors to compile and prepare all necessary reports in compliance with federal and state agency requirements. Where permissible, assume responsibility for submitting these reports on behalf of the city to the appropriate federal and state agencies.
