PAISD is seeking Statement of Qualifications from architectural and/or engineering firms. The selected firms must be qualified and demonstrate competency for the design of construction projects related to schools, expanded career and technical education facilities, athletic stadium complexes, school campuses, conference centers, portable buildings, and parking lots and facilities. PAISD is considering design and construction of future PAISD capital improvement projects, including a new middle school, expanded career and technical education facilities, and a new athletic stadium complex (collectively, Capital Improvement Program”), and other future, yet-to-be-determined projects. The total estimated cost of the Capital Improvement Program is projected to be $300 million, and funds will be assigned by project during the process of the capital improvement project approval by the PAISD Board of Trustees.
