1. Represent the County and conduct negotiations as the seller’s agent in the sale of County real estate. 2. Represent the County and conduct negotiations as the owner’s agent in the lease of County real estate. 3. Perform market analyses as needed. 4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell or lease County real estate. 5. Represent the County and conduct negotiations as the leaser’s agent for the lease of real estate. 6. Represent the County as the buyer’s agent in the purchase of real estate. 7. Regularly consult with Grimes County – County Attorney regarding real estate projects. 8. Handle all other activities and services that are customarily associated with commercial real estate transactions. 9. At the end of the contract term, if the County has negotiated and engaged the services of a firm, that firm must continue with that contract until it is completed.
