Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this proposal is to obtain administrative services that will operate the Dallas Water Conservation program �New Throne for Your Home� that provides redeemable vouchers to Dallas Water Utilities customer for high-efficiency toilets (HET).� The Contractor will work in conjunction with and under the guidance of City of Dallas Water Utilities authorized personnel and will be responsible for all aspects of the administration of the voucher program including: 1. Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with the Dallas appointed toilet Supplier. The Supplier will be contracted by the city under a separate agreement. Payment for the toilets will be made directly to the Supplier by the City.� This proposal request does not include handling the cost and distribution of toilets, only the administration of the associated voucher program.� 2. Reconciling the Supplier�s invoice with the vouchers issued.� 3. Monitoring and reporting application and production results on a weekly basis. 4. Ensuring the eligibility of applicants and the integrity of the voucher redemption process. 5. Establish a call center for customers 6. Updating and maintaining the program database.
