Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide complete accreditation service for the District’s pharmacy employees, contractors, and agents taking part in a continuing pharmacy education program on an annual basis for 1,000 education service units (“ESUs”). Such services shall include, without limitation, reviewing the education program, accrediting the program, issuing statements of participation to the participants and maintaining all records of participation for six (6) years. Such services include all programs offered by the District that are applicable for continuing pharmacy education accreditation. 2. Provide report of services rendered promptly after each continuing education program. Report shall contain the names of individuals receiving credit, the total numbers of ESUs provided and other information as is reasonably requested by the District. 3. Provide and perform services in accordance with the schedule set forth by the District, time is of the essence. 4. Report directly to the Director of Pharmacy or as designated by the District. 5. Have forty (40) working days to review program content. 6. Issue participant credit through the NABP eMonitor system
