Report directly to Director of Marketing, Corporate Communications, or person(s) appointed by Director of Marketing, Corporate Communication. Provide all equipment and other resources necessary for the timely performance of Services and supervise all personnel necessary for the timely performance of Services. Maintain its vehicles in accordance with Texas motor vehicle laws/regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Contractor is expected to keep individual vehicle maintenance documentation. If a Contractor vehicle is inspected and not in compliance, the vehicle may not be used for any of District’s courier routes. Parkland may, at any time, request vehicle maintenance documentation in writing. Provide staff effectively communicates with District’s customers. Provide staff with a valid, State of Texas driver's license. Maintain historical motor vehicle report and claims history report for each individual assigned to District. District may, at any time, request motor vehicle report documentation in writing. Remove from assignment to District, immediately, any Contractor personnel whose conduct, in the sole opinion of District, poses a risk to the health, safety or medical condition of any of District’s employee, patient, or customer. Remove from assignment to District, immediately, any Contractor personnel whose conduct, in the sole opinion of Parkland, interferes with its business or operations.
