2023 City of Kerrville General Obligation Bond includes funding to conduct renovations and additions to the A. C. Schreiner House & Grounds Facility located at 529 Water Street, Kerrville, Texas 78208. The Project scope includes alteration of an existing 10,088 square foot structure modification and alternations to all major architectural building components, such as: exterior fenestration, interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology, fire suppression, fire alarm, life/safety improvement, security systems, and structural. The existing facility has a historical designation by the County of Kerr and consist of three stories and a basement with a total of 8,160 square feet of conditioned space and 1,928 square feet of unconditioned space.
