3.1. Line 1 - 25-foot Fiberglass Shallow Sport X-3 Patrol Vessel Tri-Hull Boat 3.1.1.**PROPRIETARY SPECIFICATIONS: These specifications and/or requirements listed below are being advertised under Section 2155.067, Texas Government Code. This Vessel is funded by a Federal Grant that is specifically for a Shallow Sport X-3 Nearshore Response Vessel. Alternate make/models of boats will not be considered for award. 3.1.2. Quantity: Two (2) 3.1.3. Requirement: Boat must conform to 33CFR, Code of Federal Regulations (Part #183) 3.1.4. Length: Twenty-five feet (25’). 3.1.5. Beam: Nine feet (9’) 3.1.6. Dry Weight: One thousand four hundred to two thousand five hundred pounds (1,400 lbs. to 2,500 lbs.) 3.1.7. Draft: Five inches (5”) on plane 3.1.8. Capable of ‘hull-shot’ in twelve inches (12”) or less of water 3.1.9. Color: Grey color with black trim or TPWD approved equal, no decals 3.1.10. Capacity: minimum eight (8) persons 3.1.11. Fuel type, Tank and Storage: A. Fuel Type: Gasoline B. Tank Capacity: Sixty gallons (80 gal.) C. Reserve Tank: Twenty (20) gallons D. Fuel cell shall be American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) approved polyurethane with external fuel sending device with single drain line to bilge area of the boat. 3.1.12. Batteries: Two (2) marine batteries, wired through a switch with the following settings: Off, Battery 1, Battery 2, and Both / All. 3.1.13. Navigation Lights: United States Coast Guard (USCG) approved navigation lights shall be installed in accordance with USCG requirements.
