The purpose of this bid is to establish award with qualified vendors to provide Maintenance and Operations (M&O) and Transportation services for the District on an as-needed basis. This includes routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance for school buildings and support facilities to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained environments for students and staff. Services may include, but are not limited to, general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and emergency repair work for all Operations Departments General Requirements Vendor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation required to perform the services. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Work may be scheduled during normal business hours or after-hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Vendor must ensure minimal disruption to school operations during work.
