Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide on-site job trailer, temporary fencing, temporary utilities, and other services as appropriate - Schedule, conduct, and report with the A/E on weekly meetings with subcontractors - Require safety programs and certificates of insurance from subcontractors - Monitor and supervise safety programs of subcontractors and verify compliance with laws and regulations - Coordinate interpretation of the meaning and intent of drawing and specification and assist in resolution of questions - Review all shop drawings and submittals from subcontractors - Keep records of all documents at the job site, including red-line changes - Administer construction contracts prepared by County - Coordinate necessary testing services - Record progress of Project
