Time frames will exclude weekends and holidays. 5.4 Bidders shall furnish the following with the proposal: • A list of personnel who will perform contract work. • The list shall identify principal service technicians and alternate service technicians. • The principal service technical length of service with the contractor. • Type of experience/certifications of such personnel.
