The following summarizes the type of services needed for the identified projects. However, the extent of the services needed for the project will be negotiated after Consultant(s) selection based on the projects available. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. 30% Design Validation b. Review alternatives provided by SAWS Master Planning for specified project and recommend the best and most feasible option based on professional opinion taking into account permitting requirements. c. Meet with SAWS Engineering staff as required to coordinate the engineering design and schedule of tasks of each identified project. d. Conduct a coordination meeting with SAWS Master Planning and SAWS Engineering departments to gather most up to date a project data to be used for design. Provide and submit meeting minutes within three (3) days into Construction Program Management System (CPMS). e. Conduct field reconnaissance to become familiar with project sites. f. Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and video reports provided by SAWS. g. Review record drawings and block maps provided by SAWS. h. Locate and/or acquire mapping of the project area and develop a digital base map of the project area incorporating ownership, Right of Ways (ROWs), photography, topography, etc...
