The following includes the general scope of services needed under this RFQ. Refer to Attachment I – Project Charter and Maps for Project for individual project/work order descriptions and scopes and additional information. The extent and details of the scope of services needed for the Project will be negotiated after Consultant(s) selection. The projects included as part of this solicitation include: a. 2025 Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Work Order b. 2025 Production/Treatment Facilities Engineering Work Order The scope of services could include but are not limited to the following tasks: • Project Management, Subconsultant Management and Coordination • 30% Design Phase • 60% Design Phase • 90% Design Phase • 100% Design and Bid Phase • Construction, As-builts, and Project Closeout Phase • Field Investigations • Supplemental Services • Studies or Reports
