Specifications include, but are not limited to: PARKING ACCESS REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM; o install and maintain the Port of Galveston’s parking access revenue control system. The successful vendor will furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision to install in place a fully operating Parking Access Control System and provide services to maintain, support and other necessary services required from a full-service vendor for the Port’s Parking Access Control System; 1. This parking facility is to be used by: a. Cruise Passengers 1) Parkers will make reservations for parking and provide their intended duration of parking and license plate information during the cruise reservation process. The cruise reservation system (Resport) will provide a barcode parking credential as a redundancy. ; . The parking equipment shall be on-line with a parking Facility Management System (FMS). 3. The parking control equipment shall include an intercom system providing two-way voice communications from each lane to the Parking / Security office or other designated call recipient. 4. Variable Message Signs shall be included as an add alternate option. ;
