Specifications include, but are not limited to:The successful contractor will furnish all labor, materials, storage, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to install, remove and store the 43’ Town Center Christmas Tree and eight (8) Holiday Doves. The Woodlands Township owns the tree and doves included in the scope of services. • 8 Doves o Install / remove each dove on Lake Robbins Bridge o Each Dove shall be hung 60 feet from the base of the bridge and 100 feet from the water o High tension cable shall be used to hang each dove using an 80 foot boom truck and generator o Required annual maintenance of replacing bulbs and strands, and red and green ribbons of Peace o Sand and repaint base frame every other year • 1 Christmas Tree o Install a 43 foot tree and perimeter fence in Waterway Square or Town Green Park at location chosen by Township staff. o Contractor shall provide Perimeter fence that is free standing wood, vinyl, or recycled product picket fencing with upper and lower picket rails, has to be able to stand on any surface, without penetration of surface IE; no stakes or dug in post. Color- plain white, can be gloss or satin. Picket - standard 1”X 4” X 34” with “dog eared top”. Picket rails- 2” x 2” to allow for proper picket attachment. Total fence height to be no more than 38” and no less than 36” (2 “variance for sub plates for Post bases) height to be from ground surface to top of pickets. Fencing to be erected completely around tree in a square manner, with no gates or entry, no less than 4’ from base of tree and to be free standing and sturdy (estimated size is 24’ x 24’) Required annual maintenance of the tree and perimeter fence. Inspect and replace bulbs, paint the frame, replace fixtures, plugs and wires, as needed o Contractor must supply all electrical 12-guage wiring and extension cords necessary to light the tree
