The selected vendor shall perform all field service work to remove and transport valve, supply all required parts and materials to fully rebuild the main valve portion of a 12-inch G.A. valve, and return to install the rebuilt valve located at the Athens Municipal Water Authority Raw Water Intake located on Lake Athens, TX. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Remove valve and transport to repair facility 2. Tear down and inspect valve 3. Rebuild with new repair kit, replace pilot tubing and isolation valves with new, replace solenoid valves 4. Pilot tubing shall be stainless steel 5. Any and all hardware used shall be stainless steel 6. Sandblast and paint valve 7. Reinstall valve and test for proper operation 8. Valve information: a. CO. NO – 7402 b. Shop NC – 110970-1 c.
