The objective of this solicitation is to identify design-build firms that are capable of
designing, planning, executing and constructing SCADA system improvements at the US
181 WWTP and improvements at other SARA-owned WWTPs. The SCADA improvements
will enhance the existing system that has been installed and is functional at all other
SARA-owned WWTPs and lift stations. Each responding entity (“FIRM”), shall have all
licensed professionals necessary to accomplish the Project. A FIRM may be a single
entity or a combination of entities.
