The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) requests proposals for engineering firms to provide Wastewater indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) services that support the River Authority’s Utility Department.
The River Authority desires to have in place and available professionals with expertise in the areas of, but not limited to, CCN expansion/modification, impact fee studies, sewershed analyses, I/I analyses, capital improvement planning, feasibility studies, system assessments, modeling, design, cost estimating, and constructability reviews, as well as geotechnical and environmental services, construction materials testing and electrical engineering services.
