A Pre-Submittal conference will be held at the San Antonio River Authority Main Office
at 100 E. Gunther, Board Room, San Antonio TX, 78204, at 1:00 PM Central Standard
Time, on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Respondents are encouraged to prepare and
submit their questions in writing in advance, in order to expedite the proceedings.
SARA’s responses to questions received in advance, may be distributed at the Pre-
Submittal Conference and posted with this solicitation. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal
Conference is optional, but highly recommended.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope as referenced on the attached
solicitation. One (1) signed original marked “ORIGINAL”, five (5) complete set marked
“COPY” and one (1) USB with a PDF copy of proposal. Responses WILL be accepted
in person, by United States mail, or by private courier service. Responses WILL NOT be
accepted via oral communication, telephone, electronic mail, telegraphic transmission, or
facsimile transmission. Responses must be filed
with SARA before the deadline day and hour. No late response will be accepted. Late
responses will be returned to Respondent unopened (if properly identified). Failure to meet
response requirements may be grounds for disqualifying a proposal.
