Summary of Specifications:
The San Antonio Independent School District is seeking qualified Offerors currently awarded contract(s) under the Department of Information Resources (DIR) to provide a “Gradebook and Attendance Tracking System and Related Services” that will meet the needs of the District. This RFO is designed to provide interested parties with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but it is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence product capabilities. SAISD is seeking a fully scalable solution to establish an Integrated Gradebook and Attendance Tracking System for use by District staff. The solution must be an All Solutions Provider (ASP) hosted environment (i.e. Cloud based, Dedicated Servers, etc.). The District intends to accept and evaluate offers with the Offerors whose overall solution best meets the District’s needs over the long-term. The acceptance of an offer does not obligate SAISD to purchase a system from any Offeror. SAISD reserves the right to reject all offers and not make a decision. All costs for offer preparation and system demonstration(s) are the responsibility of the Offeror. After receipt of the offer, and prior to signing the contract, SAISD reserves the right to modify requirements, service level agreement elements, add/delete/modify specific equipment or optional features, options or requirements.
