STATEMENT OF WORK - San Antonio Independent School District (hereafter "the District '), located in Bexar County, Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that will allow the District to continue to provide a quality health care program for employees on a cost-effective basis. Services for a successful proposal response are listed below. Additional information and more detailed descriptions of desired services should be reviewed in the Specific Requirements section. a.
