RFP-AT-13-062 Excess Workers Comp & General Liability - Excess Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance

Summary of Specifications:
The District is seeking affiliation with firms to handle the brokerage for its Excess Workers’ Compensation and General Liability placements. The District has a responsibility to manage insurance costs effectively and efficiently. It also has a responsibility to ensure that the employees have access to quality coverages. The primary goal of this RFP process is to enter into agreement(s) with service provider(s) to provide Excess Workers Compensation and General Liability policies. The District seeks services from companies who have experience in developing and maintaining the type of insurance programs requested, and who have a proven track record for providing quality care and effective services at competitive rates. The District is seeking to establish a long-term business relationship with the successful carriers that can provide pro-active plan management services. This process will include Phase I - Market Request for Assignment and Phase II - Market Assignment by SAISD.
