Summary of Specifications:
SAISD will be closed for the Winter Holidays, Dec. 23, 2013 - Jan. 3, 2014.

The rental of a cold storage freezer space to store commodity and purchased frozen food items. The maximum poundage at any given time is 800,000 (eight-hundred thousand). The Offeror shall provide warehousing personnel, regular employees and/or contract or temporary employees, to perform inventory management duties as specified in Section B, "Food Receiving Guidelines/Instructions". Based upon the fluctuation of inventories of frozen food, the District cannot guarantee its storage requirements.
