Call first to see if plans/specs are ready for pick-up. Materials Management will be closed for the Christmas Holidays, December 20-31, 2010. A copy of the RFCSP may be obtained from Rosalie Cavazos (210) 224-2781 ext. 120, Materials Management/Purchasing Department, 1215 Austin Street, San Antonio, Texas 78208 between the hours of 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm beginning on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 upon deposit of $100.00 (Check or Money Order payable to the SAISD). Contractors returning documents will only be refunded a maximum amount of $100.00. The District will retain all other deposits for additional sets. Beginning on Monday, December 20, 2010, copies of the RFCSP may be obtained from the Facilities Services Department, (210) 271-3322, 1702 N. Alamo Street, Suite #307, San Antonio, Texas 78215, between the hours of 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm through Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Facilities Services will be closed December 23-31, 2010. Beginning on Monday, January 3, 2011, copies of the RFCSP may be obtained from the Materials Management Department as stated above.
