It is the intent of Potter County to execute a contract with a bank wanting to be designated as the county depository bank. By returning the Proposal Worksheet, Bank acknowledges that it understands the Local Government Code, §116.000 through §116.155 that pertain to the managing and safekeeping of County funds and will comply with these statutes. Also the Bank acknowledges that it understands the Local Government Code, §117.000 through §117.124 that pertain to depositories, certain trust funds and court registry funds held in trust by the County and will comply with these statutes.
