Summary of Specifications:
This specification covers the services of licensed plumbers to perform plumbing repairs, plumbing installations, and maintenance for all Potter County buildings for a one (1) year and sixteen (16) day period, January 15, 2012 through January 31, 2013, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one year contracts. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to fulfill this contract. In the event of emergency repairs, the county prefers a (2) two hour response time but not to exceed (4) hour response time. This contract will be for services less than $50,000 except in cases where the Commissioners Court has justified and declared the services needed as an emergency.
