It is the intent of these specifications to describe the services that will be required to convert an existing used chassis and an existing used fire apparatus into a fire truck for Potter County. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete vehicle, shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of materials and workmanship generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered minimum unless otherwise indicated. Vehicles exceeding the minimum specifications will be considered.
