Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this Invitation To Bid (ITB) to solicit bids for the removal, disposal and replacement of a Single-Ply Membrane Roof from the Potter County District Courts Building. The District Courts Building is located at 501 South Fillmore Street in Amarillo, TX. 79101. The roof to be replaced encompasses a total of 19,925 square feet of single-ply membrane roof situated on the third and fifth floors of the structure. The County anticipates removal of the existing roof and installation of the new roof during April of 2006. All bidders are advised, and encouraged, to inspect the roof prior to submitting bid.
