Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe a new portable tandem static roller for purchase by Potter County. All parts not specifically mentioned which are neccessary to provide a complete roller, shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of materials and workmanship generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered minimum unless otherwise noted. Vehicles exceeding the minimum specifications will be considered.
